ON THE DAY COORDINATION.
If you’d prefer to plan your entire wedding yourself but would like to switch off from the nitty-gritty of the planning and coordination in the weeks leading up to your big day, then this is for you.
Get in touch with me up to a maximum of six weeks before your wedding day and we’ll do a face-to-face handover of all your wedding details so I can help you execute your vision.

I’ll be there on the day to manage and coordinate the wedding and the set-up of all your suppliers, ensuring that you’re able to be fully present on your wedding day.

PARTIAL PLANNING.
I understand that there’ll be some parts of your wedding that you’ll want help with and other parts you’re comfortable doing on your own. You’ve already booked certain suppliers but need help securing others and then coordinating them all for seamless execution on your wedding day. With this option, I'll meet you halfway and take you to the finish line. This option allows you unlimited calls and emails and up to four in-person meetings.

FULL WEDDING PLANNING.
From finding the perfect venue to sourcing and managing all the right suppliers, this is the comprehensive, full-service planning package. I’ll work with you from the beginning right through to your wedding day, and then a little bit more after that so you can put your feet up.

We’ll work closely together to understand your vision for your day and I’ll put together detailed mood boards based on our conversations, represent you in all supplier meetings and negotiations, manage your budget with clear payment timelines, build a detailed schedule for the day and, of course, be the first and last person on-site on your wedding day.
With this planning option, you can choose your level of involvement, it’s entirely up to you - you can be there to contribute to all the little details or just sign off on decisions - whatever’s most comfortable for you. With full wedding planning, you get unlimited calls, emails and face-to-face meetings – whatever it takes to bring your vision to life.
